Filling and Low Calorie
Make your own soups. It’s so easy. I made a delicious vegetable soup today. Here’s what I did.
Sauteed onions and leeks
Added chicken broth
Added sliced cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, and spinach.
Kept on high heat until soft
Used immersion blender to blend into a thick broth
Added salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste.
Enjoyed!
Took about 45 minutes to make, but I was sitting doing other stuff and I made enough to last me half the week.
